Nature of This Resource

This is a private reference site. It is not part of a court, sheriff’s office, jail, parole or probation agency, the Michigan Department of Corrections, the Federal Bureau of Prisons, or ICE. No official custody or court records are stored here. Site operators cannot confirm whether someone is confined or released, cause a release, alter a record, file a request, or submit a document for a visitor.

The site points toward official Gladwin County and Michigan sources, including records available under the Michigan Freedom of Information Act, MCL 15.231 through 15.246. It may also connect visitors with independent research tools. An outside service remains responsible for its own data, terms, and results.

Permitted and Prohibited Conduct

Its advertising and search partners do not provide screening services through this site. By using the site, you agree that neither site content nor linked-tool data will be used for an FCRA-covered purpose.
